With dozens of employees extending across multiple states, we offer a level of talent and skill sets that often exceed traditional development support. Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program Engineering & Technical Support (JE-OPETS)
Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program Engineering & Technical Support (JE-OPETS) is a contract management office reporting to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) Deputy Chief of Staff for Enterprise Resource Management, and was established to develop a single contract vehicle, with centralized management, to satisfy all recurring requirements for Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Technical Assistance support across the geographically dispersed JPEO-CBRND Enterprise, to include the Headquarters and its nine Joint Project Management Offices.
Joint Enterprise Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP)
Joint Enterprise Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) is a multiple award, enterprise-wide omnibus IDIQ contract vehicle for Research, Development, Acquisition, and Production/Procurement (RDAP) task/delivery orders. The JPEO-CBRND intends to utilize the JE-RDAP IDIQ contract to execute RDAP activities in order to provide the capability of CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems; and CBRNE Information Systems to the Warfighter. RDAP task/delivery orders will provide for future research, development, production/procurement, and fielding of CBRNE defense systems, equipment, and materiel.
Army Futures Command (AFC) Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Enterprise Information Technology Support Services (EITSS)
AVATAR is proud to support the US Army Futures Command (AFC) Combat Capability Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) through our role as a subcontractor on the Enterprise Information Technology Support Services (EITSS) program under the GSA VETS 2 GWAC.
AVATAR contributes specialized technical expertise and high-performance engineering talent to help deliver full-lifecycle IT support across AvMC. The AvMC Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G6 manages the EITSS effort, enabling AvMC Directorates to access a wide range of IT services critical to mission success.
AVATAR’s support on this program includes advanced capabilities in Cybersecurity Management, Application Management, Network and Infrastructure Support, Information Management Services, and Tiered Service Response, aligning with AvMC’s mission to deliver collaborative, innovative, and cost-effective technical capabilities across research, product development, and lifecycle systems engineering.
AvMC, a Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Center under AFC and DEVCOM, is headquartered at Redstone Arsenal, AL, with additional locations at Joint Base Langley–Eustis, VA, Corpus Christi, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, and NASA Ames at Moffett Field, CA.
